 I had a look at the addition to the sugar-toolkit. Please run pylint on
 the new class. There are as well some members that do not have to be
 public self.parts and self.local. I wonder as well if we need to go from
 list to tulple for comparison. At least for me I can compare lists fine:
 [1, 2] > [1, 3].

 The general approach in that class looks good.
