is dropped from my list of patches to send upstream.

Chris said it was absolutely needed for the 8686 to be operational after a
powered suspend, and that the patch was the result of a long debugging
session with scopes, but testing now without that patch suggests
 otherwise.

As SDIO IRQs are polled with great regularity, that interrupt is always
enabled a short time after sdhci_init is called in the resume path.

Anyway, I should run a S-R loop test to be 100% sure that I haven't broken
 anything. First,
 http://dev.laptop.org/git/olpc-2.6/commit/?h=olpc-2.6.31&id=8db05fd830
should be forward ported and upstreamed, as if the driver queues a command
after the HOST_SLEEP_ACTIVATE one then things will die on resume. (and
this isn't too hard to reproduce)
