 Scrolling by using the mouse to move the position locator in the scrollbar
 does not work for any epub files I tried in Browse, regardless of origin
 (Project Gutenberg, Baen Free Library, etc.).

 However, using the arrow keys or the dpad to scroll works.

 Tested in Browse 108.2 in 10.1.3 os355.  May also be [Sugar:1595].
