 Ok, I wonder a bit what is the information that is of interest to the
 learner. Is it the date when he installed the activity or is it the date
 when the activity has been released, or is it maybe both (the later might
 be too much information though)?

 Long term: Thinking about this, I would say that the date shown in the
 list should be the release date and the installation should probably be an
 event stored in the Journal.
