Comment:

 olpc-os-builder modules/base/preimage.90.core.sh sets OLPC_EPOCH to
 "2007-11-02 12:00:00Z" and this must stay as it is for efficiency of olpc-
 update, however olpc-update does not touch /home/olpc/Activities, so
 perhaps the build date could be used for those files.

 Using the modify time of the activity directory instead of storing the
 date and time when an activity is installed ... is a reasonable action by
 Sugar, but as Gary points out this causes a side-effect.
