 Test procedure:
  1. disable prefdm
  1. boot
  1. xinit /usr/bin/vte      (comes from vte-devel)
  1. gst-launch videotestsrc ! ffmpegcolorspace ! ximagesink
  1. change to terminal vt
  1. sleep 5 && echo mem > /sys/power/state
  1. immediately change back to X vt
  1. wait for suspend
  1. use power button to resume

 Repeat the last few steps up to 5 times since it doesn't always reproduce
 first time.

 Using the above procedure, this can be reproduced on linus master and also
 on the olpc-built 2.6.31 kernel
 (kernel-2.6.31_xo1-20101119.1249.1.olpc.3781c4e5eac361) when used to boot
 F14

 --> suggests its not kernel related, but instead related to changes in
 geode X driver
