 On Q4A06 an ''fs-update'' causes the screen to flicker; the displayed
 image is horizontally offset momentarily.  While it is mostly regular,
 there are periods of increased frequency.

 There was no change to the symptom using ''true to avoid-high-speed?''.
 The symptom did not occur with ''hdd-led-toggle many''.

 The symptom did not occur on Q4A05A.

 Only -r 2040 in recent history appears to relate to DCON.
