Verified in 10.1.3 os354 that we have controls to keep a fixed aspect
ratio for the three tools mentioned above.
The Shift key approach also works to enable this mode while drawing if you
move the mouse to alter the object after pressing the Shift key. But
pressing the Shift key will not disable this mode if it was forced by the
enabling checkbox for a tool.
(I'm not certain if "Keep Aspect" is the best English term for this
though. I would say it has a "fixed aspect ratio" in English, but I do
not know of a shorter term.
I would have to find a paint program with a similar checkbox to see what
they used but most just presume the Shift key trick. From their help
pages, others just say things like "hold down Shift to draw a
{square,circle,etc.} instead of using something technical.)
