Comment:

 We now can disable lid wakeups on XO-1 in 10.1.3 os354 with the sysfs
 parameter mentioned above available.  However powerd attempts to update
 this parameter to match the needs of powerd.conf and overwrites it on
 occasion, so I largely have just had to look at said variable's output and
 verify the values seen.
