 COROLLARY:

 I tried to make a change to 'olpc.fth'.  But the one accessible to me in
 xo1 build os2 is __NOT__ the one that is being accessed by OFW.  [My
 change to /boot/olpc.fth was not picked up by OFW.]

 This is a regression - in xo1 build os2, the user is no longer able to
 customize the boot process.
