 COMMENT:
   The way I read that ticket, it addresses the initialization of the
 environmental variable $SUGAR_PROFILE.  Please note that even if that
 variable were blank instead of 'default', the logs would _still_ get
 placed at $HOME/.sugar//logs.

 Ticket #10463 reports the problem that on XO-1 F14 the Telepathy-related
 logs did not get written to ANYPLACE within the .sugar directory tree.
