 To provide an update path from F11 to F14 for the dotted activity versions
 we need to address the following issues:

 Sugar: Backport the changes in the toolkit, the shell and the ASLO
 activity updater to 0.90 (landed in master already).

 Bitfrost: Once the dotted version scheme has landed in sugar-toolkit 0.90
 we can land the [http://dev.laptop.org/attachment/ticket/10379/0001-Adapt-
 bitfrost-to-dotted-activity-version-scheme.2.patch bitfrost patch] in
 bitfrost master.

 OLPC activity updater: Port the activity updater with the microformat to
 0.90.

 olpc-os-builder: fix the activity comparison for downloading activities
 properly
 ([http://dev.laptop.org/attachment/ticket/10379/when_downloading_activities.patch
 0.84 patch])
