Comment:

 The patch was changed from what was mentioned above to simply remove the
 "width" CSS parameter from the content section of the stylesheet.  This
 appears to work fine from initial testing in all of the document sections
 I looked at.

 However the Help activity uses the browser, and is subject to the same
 issue as Browse in ticket #10453 if the screen is started initially
 rotated sideways.

 Tested in 10.1.3 os353.
