  * next_action:  test in build => no action

Comment:

 Tested in 10.1.3 os353.

 This gets us back to the same page, but does not store where it was in the
 history.  So the user's history ends up entirely in the Back button.

 Talked to godiard and filed [Sugar:2499] as an enhancement request, as the
 fix otherwise works.
