 This is for our build -- deployments can tweak at will.

  * 'Core tools' -- those that other activities count on and the very main
 usage scenario: Browse, Write, GetBooks, Read, Record, ImageViewer
  * Repair / diagnose: Browse, Terminal, Log

 All are very small.
