#10450: No leave signal in Salut, when changing the network
------------------------------+---------------------------------------------
Reporter: erikos | Owner: erikos
Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: 10.1.3
Component: presence-service | Version: 1.5/1.0 Software Build os852 aka 10.1.2
Keywords: | Next_action: diagnose

Scenario:
* Machine A and B are connected to the same Ad-hoc network. Both are
represented on each machine in the neighborhood view.
* Machine A then changes the network and connects to another Ad-hoc
network or an Access Point. On machine A buddy B is removed like expected.
However buddy A is not removed on machine B.
* The presence logs on machine B do not indicate any message about
removing the buddy at all. So it is not an error of not displaying the
correct state, the new state does not seem to get transferred.
* I tested on 353 and as well on 852 to make sure it is not a regression.
Same behavior on 852.
* Sam told me some time ago about the same behavior.
