 Comment.  I've also observed the Sugar frame not retract during periods of
 very high CPU load, fixed by moving the mouse back to the frame and out
 again, and my analysis at the time was that the X LeaveNotify event was
 lost between the X server and FrameWindow leave-notify-event, because of
 an excess of X MotionNotify events.  This might be checked by tracing what
 GTK+ events are seen by src/jarabe/frame during your reproducer.
