Old description:

> See #10402.

New description:

Task ticket for managing the level 2 workaround on ticket #10402 through
 to production of laptops.

Criteria for closing: laptops being produced with a build that contains
olpc-powerd-29 or another version that provides the level 2 workaround.

Comment:

OLPCA involvement not required at the moment, thanks. I acknowledge that
your 10.1.3 builds, if adopted in production, would satisfy the task.
Modified this ticket description to better describe the task.
