Comment:

 I managed to get a pre-10.1.2 equipped XO 1.5 with broken WLAN support to
 suspend using Quozl's steps above, and could not get WLAN-equipped (but
 disabled) XO-1 and 1.5 machines to suspend using the same steps on 10.1.3
 os352.

 So from testing I presume that this bug is fixed.  If someone manages to
 get it to suspend again when it shouldn't either a new bug should be filed
 or this one reopened.
