XO-1.5 wifi doesn't wake up on ARP, and I think we also lack wakeup on
interesting multicast events (at least my initial testing of salut between
sleepy machines doesn't bring good results -- more testing coming up).

On the mailing list, John Gilmore pointed out something very interesting -
at least something that hadn't crossed my mind. Like all decent wireless
adapters, the hw is already filtering out frames that aren't interesting
and is only delivering interesting ones over the SD bus to Linux. We
realistically want to wake up on every one of these frames, no advanced
wakeup filter system needed. If the device is sending some non-interesting
frames during normal operation (which would then cause spurious wakeups
under this new system) then that filter should be improved.
