 Reproduced on 2 XO-1.5 production units in Argentina, running kernel
 2.6.31_xo1.5-20100504.0041.1.olpc.346083e (sw build very similar to
 10.1.1/os202).

 A few cycles of close-lid open-lid will cause the wifi device to disappear
 with very little of interest in dmesg.

 Usually happens within 10 close-open cycles.

 Sometimes the wifi device will reappear after 1 or 2 idle-suspends
 afterwards, sometimes not.
