 i question whether the argentinian machines referred to above could have
 been running build 119, since the line: "ACPI: AC Adapter [AC] (on-line)"
 comes from drivers/acpi/ac.c, a driver which hasn't been configured in our
 kernels since 7dd597b80f5ca1645ec27100761db6f753b06272, on 11/27/2009.

 i see no delay at all at near the DCON discovery running os121 or os123.
