 sample video to test with:

 http://double.co.nz/video_test/BillysBrowser480.ogg

  1. Put a theora video on a USB disk
  2. Open Journal
  3. go to USB disk
  4. use menu to open .ogg video with etoys
  5. wait for menu
  6. select "play in GStreamer player"

 Error message: couldn't open <filename>

 Works fine in Jukebox activity (gstreamer-based).
