Comment:

 Review.

 The hack is working well.  Pushing out to ''-later'' since we can't afford
 the risk of this right now.

 I've found the patch from the mailing list, dated 7th Jan, hash 9f3a795,
 by Amitkumar Karwar, forwarded by Bing Zhao on 13th Jan.

 I've not been able to find this patch in kernel git.  The first patch band
 isn't yet applied to lbs_queue_cmd in cmd.c.

 Let me know if you need a copy of the patch.
