 Uruguay has a detailed report (attached) about a problem with the camera
 cables (flexible printed circuit) on the XO-1 and early XO-1.5 units.

 The problem is that the camera FPC is damaged (crimped) by the bezel as a
 user uses predictable and normal gestures to open and close an XO.

 The Plan Ceibal report includes a feasible fix.
