 Record Activity was launched, and turned on the camera LED.  But the
 center of the screen was blank (hue: nearly white) instead of showing what
 the camera saw.  The Activity just hung (unresponsively), and could not be
 closed (not even by kill -9).  Had to reboot to get rid of that session.
