 Tested on os116 with Chat via an access point.

 Established bidirectional chatter without external Jabber server.  Allowed
 one laptop to idle suspend while continuing to send messages with the
 other.  The laptop that idle suspended ceased displaying the messages from
 the point it had suspended.  When the laptop was woken using keyboard or
 touchpad, the messages that were missed were displayed.

 There appears to be no change to Chat behaviour since seven weeks ago, but
 I do see that wake on ping or other unicast traffic now works.
