 This is separate from 9854. The slow scan is still present.

 To recreate.

 -Go to Neighborhood.

 -Connect to AP (ml1cc)

 -Let CPU idle, watch screen, Let Screen Dim, you see everything in
 neighborhood disappear.

 -Resume XO. You can see wireless scan and APs reappear.

 -Continue moving mouse around for 1 minute.

 -XO does not reconnect without user initiation.
