 Installed kernel from commit bca5e9d, plus sugar 0.84-13 and sugar-toolkit
 0.84-9.  Booted system - Terminal activity would not launch.  (Symptom
 seen both on XO-1 build 11 system, and XO-1.5 build 114 system.)
