 Yes, I've reproduced this on os113, and this matches symptoms previously
 reported in #9919 and #10045.

 #9949 tests suggest that the symptom is a regression in gstreamer from
 Fedora 9 to Fedora 11, and Sayumindu suggested addition of a sync option.

 SL 1521 and SL 926 may also relate.
