 OK, little testing hacks attached.  If you want to play with any of the
 other controls, the theme should be apparent by now; the full list can be
 found at http://v4l2spec.bytesex.org/spec/x542.htm .  Note that the ov7670
 driver does not implement them all.  If there are unimplemented controls
 which make sense to have (i.e. don't ask for V4L2_CID_AUDIO_BASS), let me
 know, and I'll see what's involved in wiring them up.  Many are trivial,
 but some quickly run into the house of cards that is an ov7670 register
 set.
