 Tested Record-81 in build os126, ''Best'' quality video option is
 correctly missing.

 ''High'' quality can still be made to pause in a complex and rapidly
 changing scene (rotating the laptop at 4 rpm in a sparse forest).

 I suggest a release note addition: ''Recording a video clip at high
 quality may pause if the scene is complex and rapidly changing.  Use low
 quality instead.''
