 same backtrace observed on XO-1, dmesg attached.  was attached to WEP AP,
 was doing nothing interesting -- power management kicked in.

 kernel is my build of ead3d3ec5cf8141790bf6943c4bef185a6cd3d13 (no code
 changes except one printk in an unrelated path), OS is smparrish's os15.
