#9100: 2.6.27+ early boot crashes on XO1

Comment(by dsd):
I have pushed a hack to olpc-2.6.31 which outputs various characters on
the serial console during very early boot on XO-1. So the next step is for
someone to reproduce this crash with a serial console attached, viewing
the last characters printed during the bootup sequence.
glowcohen, if you're interested in continuing to help diagnose this,
please send your shipping address and a contact phone number to
dsd at laptop.org. OLPC will send out a serial console kit, which basically
allows you to connect the XO motherboard to a USB port on another computer
and receive these diagnostic characters.
