 Notice in the Trees clip (which was longer, but with the XO-1 stationary):
 Eventually, the "wind movement" of the recorded tree-branches stops.  That
 suggests to me that the #10242 problem was NOT solved by eliminating
 ''High'' quality -- I think that even with ''Low'' quality, the video
 buffers can eventually overflow, and frames start being dropped.
