Comment:

 I disagree with ''High'' priority.  It isn't high priority for our work
 toward 10.1.2, since it is not a hardware issue; older versions of Record
 don't have the problem.

 The data loss is only of the current activity instance, not the journal.

 Also, a fix is already available.  Please try the fix.  The fix works fine
 for me.
