 This is on an G1G1 XO-1 running a virgin os301.
 Record 83 in high quality setting has a huge frame drop after 5 sec of
 recording and after 10 seconds the video playback practically freezes to 1
 frame every 3-5 sec. Sound is fine.[[BR]]
 Log and dmesg attached (logs also include the problem reported in
 #10239:comment 5)
