 When the power button on an XO-1.5 (CL1C), running Q3a39 and OS206, is
 held down, the laptop turns on then immediately turns off.  The result is
 a brief screen flash.

 This confuses users, in that it requires a quick button press to start the
 laptop.   Pushing the button and holding it until the screen turns on
 results in a unit that is off.
