 os301  Record-83  Went to video panel, changed quality to Hogh, clicked on
 button to start recording.  The Activity did NOT crash.

 However, the recorded audio was VERY faint - on playback, I could make out
 that there was speech, but could not make out the words.  And the "video
 clip" did not show motion - not while recording nor in subsequent
 playback.  I would describe it as some three individual "snapshots" having
 been captured in total - in a recording session whose duration was more
 than 100 seconds.
