 Failed factory test os206 CL1C category ''Linux X-Windows Mode'' test item
 ''Date & Time''.

 Tried to reproduce.  Tested on os206 with previous hardware model,
 ''date'' command in ''Terminal'' shows successful change as a result of
 changing timezone in ''My Settings'' followed by restart.  I think this is
 unlikely to be hardware.

 Andy, could you provide more detail on the test procedure?
