Comment:

 This ticket is listed in factory testing of os206 in the section on
 function of LED indicators, ''charging / discharging / full-battery''.

 Is the main finding here: that the LED indicator changes to green
 "charged" yet the battery capacity is not 100% at the time that charging
 stops?

 I confirm this finding; it is how the EC has operating for a long time,
 and I thought it was intentional.  Richard, how do you want to deal with
 this issue?
