 XO-1 CL1 Rev3 (G1G1 2007), os300, Sugar 0.84.16, FW q2e43, Record-38.
 Clean install, Adobe Flash installed (yum).
 Recording in high quality quits the activity.
 Low quality recording and playback, audio and pictures, ok.
 Not much in the log (attached) but dmsg shows:

 Looks like a blocker
