 Building an image using F11 on a XO 1.5 yields this error:

 os7: 66336/131072 files (1.1% non-contiguous), 399864/524288 blocks
 /proc/misc: No entry for device-mapper found
 Is device-mapper driver missing from kernel?
 Failure to communicate with kernel device-mapper driver.
 Command failed
