 bernie -- for the record, what kernel is packaged with os300py?

 i assume your startup script does:
   echo 0x26187 > /sys/module/libertas/parameters/libertas_debug
 is that correct?  we might want to add some bits to that.  i'll
 investigate.

 what's the usage pattern for the students when this occurs:  heavy wlan
 usage?  idle?  clearly learning ways to reproduce outside the classroom
 would be good.
