 Never made it into F11 updates.

 Includes an important fix where the multicast route is created by default.
 Without this, collaboration over the mesh won't work. (it works in adhoc
 because we added a hack to osbuilder)

 We should include the RPM, delete the osbuilder hack which creates the
 default mcast route for adhoc networks, and test with adhoc and mesh.

 (all very easy to do, just putting on hold until the imminent XO-1.5
 10.1.1 release has been completed)
