 You could manually fsck the partition, or force an fsck using "touch
 /forcefsck ; sync" then power cycle, or analyse the filesystem looking for
 differences against current operating system version, e.g. using rsync
 with --dry-run.

 Another thing you could do is "rpm --verify --all" and analyse the output.
 Lines with ".....T." can be ignored, this is an unfortunate side-effect of
 our build process.
