 Added a build system and i18n support and notified upstream
 (http://code.google.com/p/batterymon/issues/detail?id=14). Code lives in
 http://github.com/sayamindu/batterymon-clone

 However, to package it, the code headers need to have the licensing info,
 and I don't think I'm supposed to add that. Have asked upstream to do that

 I'll try to get the Spanish l10n asap.
