 Okay, so it works fine when installed as an .xo, and it doesn't work when
 packaged by Fedora, therefore something in the process of packaging by
 Fedora has broken the activity.  We can guess that something has to do
 with Fedora policies.

 I'm not sure how this can be seen to be a flaw in the activity ... but if
 it is, then it should go upstream to the bug tracker on
 bugs.sugarlabs.org.

 Looking at the git repo, there isn't recent development ... Aleksey Lim
 appears to be the most recent committer, last June.
