 Raised [http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/1673 Sugar Labs 1673] (discard
 network history does nothing) to cover the regression that prevents the
 previous workaround from working.

 A more complete solution is for Sugar to recognise the change of
 encryption requirement by the AP and not prompt for key.  Raised
 [http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/1674 Sugar Labs 1673=4] (change of
 encryption requirement on an access point prevents network connection) to
 cover this.
