Comment:

 Reuben, I think Claudia and Bert are discussing this with the Scratch
 team. AFAIUI, Scratch's license doesn't let a volunteer implement Sugar
 integration and keep calling the activity "Scratch" without the permission
 of the Scratch team.

 This is a very common request from the deployments.
